SHIPPING: Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of our receipt of the order, Monday through Friday, via United Parcel Service (UPS), or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
ALL NEXT DAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 10AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME FOR NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPMENT. DURING HIGH TEMPERATURE MONTHS, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CHOCOLATE AND MELTABLE ORDERS!
We do our best to get your candy to you as soon as possible, but some orders orders can take up to 3 business days to be shipped. We will give you a call or email if it will take longer.
RETURN POLICY: All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will refund the cost of all merchandise returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee; however, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Sorry, no returns are accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight.
We are not shipping any orders on Thursday & Fridays unless they have a gel pack as we don't want them sitting in a hot warehouse or UPS / USPS vehicle all weekend.
